As a Lee County resident since 1978, Josh has seen and experienced the growth of the area for the last four decades. Josh grew up in Cape Coral, graduated from Cape Coral High School in 1989 and left for Tallahassee, attending Florida State University from 1989-1994.

Josh became a licensed Realtor in 1999. His education, sales experience, “homegrown” knowledge of the local market, and commitment to customer service helped him to quickly distinguish himself as a top producing Real Estate Professional.  Josh furthered his Real Estate education in 2004, and became a Real Estate Broker.

In addition to a very busy Real Estate career, Josh is also very active in the community. He is a member of Cape Coral First United Methodist Church, serving on the Finance Committee from 2009-2011 (Chairman 2011), the Staff Parish Relations Committee from 2012-2014 (Chairman 2013 & 2014), as well as helped organize & lead the church community outreach events such as Eggstravaganza and Trunk-or-Treat, which hosted thousands of guests. After playing for the organization as a child (1978-1988), Josh returned to the Cape Coral Soccer Association, first as a coach from 2010 to the present, and now also has been serving on the Executive Board of Directors since 2014. Josh has also served on the committee planning and organizing the Flats Charity Fishing Event.  Josh has volunteered every year since 2004, and has organized and led the kids fishing tournament since 2010.

Since becoming a Realtor in 1999, Josh has been involved in well over 1,000 transactions, totaling more than $100,000,000 million in residential sales. Josh has sales experience in nearly every area of Lee and Collier County as he has sold property in over 275 different communities. Josh’s honesty, professionalism, commitment to customer service and the community, as well as his vast experience make him a genuine asset to his customers.
